Augie Hiebert photographs, 1939-ca. 1945.

The Augie Hiebert Photographs consist of 30 color and sepia-tone photographs of Fairbanks, Alaska, and vicinity; staff and facilities of the KFAR radio station in Fairbanks; gold dredging and hydraulic mining; and the steamship Baranof at the Seward, Alaska, dock. The photographs were taken in the period 1939-circa 1945, and were compiled by Hiebert for presentation in 1982. The collection includes Hiebert's typed description of the photos and their context.
